There are a lot of riders use the car busy Doncaster Rd to get to Centennial and then head to the city and Redfern from the Pagewood area of Sydney.  I tend to use this cycle route that follows near Southern Cross Drive starting at the pedestrian tunnel under Gardiners Rd.
