One of Sydney’s great casual rides is Brighton le Sands to Cronulla. What happens when you get to Cronulla, the answer is not obvious as the southern beach suburbs of Sydney are a snarling mess of traffic. The answer is to sneak around the back and to ride when the kids aren’t going to school or soccer. Preferably early on Sunday or Saturday morning. This video show you what its like to ride to the Camillia Gardens and then to Gymea and then through some little lanes and back roads and finally shared paths up to Sutherland. Its a decent climb and its 12km long.
Its also important if you are riding around Sydney.
