Just west of Canterbury Station on the very popular Cooks River bike trail is an old metal pedestrian bridge. Cross it and you soon could be riding all the way to Bankstown. I did that yesterday but turned at Wileys Park station and headed down to the M5 Cycleway. Here is a video with music appropriate to this very urban ride.
