I enjoy the ride from East Hills to Canley Vale and Carramar. The trail is mostly bitumen and quite smooth. So one day I headed up this trail from Revesby then diverted around to Bankstown and back to Salt Pan Creek. There are some roads in the section running from Georges River to Bankstown but its mostly path. It was a great ride on the eBike and the video follows.

A second video shows the Dunc Grey Criterium track that you can use to do some laps.

Getting There: One of the best train services to catch to ride a trail in Sydney is the express service that goes from Wolli Creek to Revseby and then services 5 stations to Glenfield. I used that track to get to Revesby and the slower train from Narwee to return back to Wolli Creek and Zetland station.

And here is one of the two Criterium Tracks in the area. The other is called the Lansdowne Reserve Criterium Track and is a little longer.
